Proven expertise in operations transformation, strategic project delivery, business performance analysis, and change management.  In the past, Consultant and a Certified Scrum Master with a strong background in project management, governance frameworks, and operating model transformation.

Throughout her career, Andriana has successfully created and implemented global reporting frameworks across global teams, streamlined operational procedures for 1,200+ employees, and led the migration of 600+ users to new systems. She has played a pivotal role in oversight functions, quality strategies, and high-impact project execution - delivering measurable improvements across risk management, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Her experience spans management reporting, change programmes, and senior stakeholder engagement, with a proven ability to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions. She has worked across diverse sectors, including financial services, start-up accelerators, consulting, and the public sector.

Beyond project delivery, Andriana is passionate about mentoring and knowledge sharing. She has designed training programmes, co-organised initiatives within the Women of Influence Community (11,000 employees) in her corporation, and brings strong research and analytical skills - supported by fluency in five languages. An alumna of Imperial College, McKinsey’s NGWL-2020, and the Parliamentary Programme, Andriana combines academic excellence with professional impact. Outside of work, she is a violin player and keen painter.
